All advisors are licensed in the states in which they operate and comply with applicable insurance regulations.

4. No Guarantee of Coverage

Requesting a quote or consultation does not guarantee coverage approval. Insurance coverage is subject to carrier underwriting approval. Stalex Financial makes no guarantees regarding approval, rates, or specific policy terms.

5. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not use automated tools to access or scrape our website, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or submit false information in forms.

6. Limitation of Liability

Stalex Financial is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the six months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.

8. Communications & Messaging (SMS Program)

By submitting a form on this website with your phone number and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive the following communications from Stalex Financial LLC:

Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to each SMS message sent to or received from Stalex Financial, depending on your carrier and mobile plan. Stalex Financial is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Wireless carriers (including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and all other participating carriers) are not liable for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages. Stalex Financial is not liable for any failure of the wireless carrier or third-party service provider to deliver messages in a timely manner or at all. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is outside the control of Stalex Financial.

Opt-Out and Help

You may revoke your consent to receive SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any text message from us. Upon opt-out, you will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
