Stalex Financial LLC is a licensed independent insurance agency. Our advisors hold individual state life insurance licenses and are licensed to conduct business in all 50 states. License numbers are available upon request or through your state's Department of Insurance website.

Compensation Disclosure

Stalex Financial receives compensation from insurance carriers in the form of commissions when a policy is placed. This compensation is built into the insurance premium and does not add cost to the client beyond the carrier's standard rates. We may receive different compensation from different carriers.

This compensation structure does not affect our obligation to provide recommendations that are in your best interest.

Not a Deposit or Bank Product

Life insurance products, including cash-value products like Whole Life and Indexed Universal Life, are not bank deposits, not FDIC insured, not guaranteed by any government agency, and may lose value in certain circumstances.

Indexed Universal Life Disclosures

IUL products are insurance contracts, not securities or investment products. Index-linked crediting strategies are subject to participation rates, cap rates, and floor rates that vary by carrier and may change. Past performance of an index does not guarantee future credited interest.

Annuity Disclosures

Annuity products involve risk and are not appropriate for all clients. Surrender charges may apply during the accumulation phase. Withdrawals before age 59½ may be subject to a 10% federal tax penalty. Always consult with a tax advisor before purchasing an annuity.
